Started Gymnastics at the age of 5 at Tulsa World of Gymnastics.  Went on to compete. Then moved to the Ft. Smith area where I finished out my training and competing at Flame Gymnastics.  At the age of 15 I started working at Flame Gymnastics as a Recreational Coach and then moved on as a Team Coach & Tiny Tot director.  In high school I joined the competitive cheer team at cheer extreme.  I took some time off after the birth of my second child. In 2015 I started working at the Poteau Spirit Center as a Team Coach.  In 2016 my husband & I purchased the gym.
